Career Cracker 2017 was a first time challenge for young budding managers, the students. The national level talent hunt competition provided an excellent platform for the students to exhibit their talents, knowledge, leadership skills, and become “Leaders of Tomorrow.” The competition turned out to be a wonderful learning experience for the participants in bringing out their true potential. It was a combination of entertainment, joy, competitive, and learning spirit.
Efficient and competitive managers are vital for the organization’s success. With the rapid change in business scenarios, it is important to build up a workforce that is able to meet future requirements.
Synergy School of Business Skills took the initiative to transform the budding managers as strong capital of the organization through this Talent Hunt competition.
The event comprised of two groups, wherein one group constituted students undergoing three years degree, and the other group will constitute students undergoing three + year’s degree.
Talent hunt was conducted in four stages, the first 3 stages were executed at regional level and the last stage was a nationwide finale held at Chennai on 2nd Dec, 2017.
The prize money for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places was fixed at Rs.25000, Rs.15000, Rs.10,000 respectively for both groups.
Round 1 - This Round was a paper based examination conducted across 100 colleges where almost 30000 students attended the first level examination. The Students scoring 50% or more qualified to the next round.
Round 2 – This was again a paper based round with Logical reasoning & Communication being the criteria of testing.
Round 3 - This round was the pre-finals & was conducted at our Synergy Centres across the country with the selected students being tested on their group discussion skills & presence of mind through JAM (Just A Minute).
75 Students across the country qualified for the Grand Finale.
The finalists went through 3 grueling roundsOn the Spot, Marketing Wizard & Business Plan.
Ms Sunita Mohan - Academic Head of PMI addressed the students on the opportunities they have in the Project Management field.
The winners were announced and awarded by Mr Karaiadiselvan – MD of Cadd Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd and Mr N Subbramanian – VP of Cadd Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd.

Joe Anton Jeriff (Group 1, Chennai) and S Subbulakshmi (Group 2, Madurai) were awarded consolation prizes for their excellent performances.
The first ever Career Cracker’2017 – a pan-India Talent Hunt competition was on the whole a wonderful platform for the students to test and showcase their knowledge and skills. It turned out to be learning for every individual who was part of the event as a participant and as an organizer.
